Extended range of routes with the Scenic Eclipse

After Scenic Cruises & Luxury Tours was delighted with the extremely successful first Arctic season of the luxury cruise ship, the shipping company has now decided to offer further ultra-luxury voyages with sophisticated itineraries.


Carefree adventures

In the season after next, for example, a 16-day trip "Into the Weddell Sea" is planned. It starts with an overnight stay in Buenos Aires, after which the Scenic Eclipse will cruise from Ushuaia towards Antarctica. The planned calls include the South Shetland Islands, and the program also includes expeditions in the Weddell Sea and Antarctica. The newly published itineraries also include cruises through the legendary Northwest Passage, various voyages to Russia and a trip to Japan.

Guests hardly have to worry about prices. With the exception of helicopter excursions (new: including ice landings for explorations and the option of heli-skiing in the middle of Antarctica) or submarine trips, there are no additional costs. The prices of the Antarctic cruises on the Scenic Eclipse already include all drinks, participation in readings and lectures, polar clothing and up to ten dining experiences. The latter include, for example, private tastings and new menus every day. Passengers sleep in one of only 114 luxurious suites with a private veranda or terrace and can take advantage of butler service at any time. Even spa, gym and yoga are included on the "Discovery Yacht" Scenic Eclipse. Shore excursions and expedition tours? Also included in the cruise price!

If you wish, you can extend your cruise with three eight-day extensions on land. These take place in groups of a maximum of 20 guests and provide additional adventures in one of the most exciting regions in the world. "Glaciers & Wilderness" takes guests on an unforgettable expedition in Argentinian Patagonia, while "Wild Landscapes of Atacama" takes place in Chile. The "Icons of Peru" tour takes you to the Andes, ending in Cuzco. For gourmets, we recommend the 10-day land extension "Taste of Argentina and Brazil", which includes both cultural and culinary experiences. Naturally, guests spend their land adventures in selected luxury hotels - just as it should be for guests of a shipping company that adorns itself with the adjective "ultra luxury".
