A guest of the count
What takes a long time finally becomes a noble mini-hostel. This, or something similar, is how you could summarize the history of the count's Maurn residence in the Dolomites. First mentioned in a document in the year 900, the estate long served as the private residence of the Counts of Gaderthurn. Following a change of ownership and extensive renovation work, it has been run as an eight-suite hotel hideaway since this summer.
The special features of the manor house near Bruneck include an exclusive spa area within the historic walls in addition to the 200 m2 guest retreats. A concierge service, honesty bar and private chef ensure an authentic castle lord feeling. You can also opt for the dine-around offer and dine in the surrounding traditional inns. If you wish, you can even rent the entire Count's Ansitz Maurn - perfect for family celebrations or relaxed weekend breaks with friends.
