From August 17 to 20, 2017, Gstaad was transformed
and the grass of its airfield were transformed into an Argentinian-inspired pampas for four days. As part of the Hublot Polo Gold Cup, 16 of the best players not only made the Bernese ground tremble to the rhythm of hooves and polo mallets, but also the hearts of the 6,000 spectators. For its ninth participation, Hublot immersed its guests in the legendary universe of the rearing horse, which celebrates its 70th anniversary this year. The tournament, which belongs to category 6, is one of the most popular polo events in Europe. For the first time, 4 teams with a total handicap of 14 were welcomed. There has never been a higher level on Swiss turf! Qualifying took place on Thursday, August 17th. An exciting semi-final awaited on Saturday, August 19. In the sport of kings, team "Banque Eric Sturdza" finally won ahead of team "Riva".
