Ristorante Frascati on Zurich's lakeside promenade stands for Mediterranean culinary delights in a sophisticated ambience. Following a gentle renovation, the restaurant shines in new splendor just in time for the most festive time of the year and presents itself for the first time with a lounge and a revised menu. During the Advent season from November 21, 2018 to January 4, 2019, the terrace of the Frascati will be transformed into a fairytale winter forest and at the turn of the year, guests can look forward to a wonderful culinary feast and probably the best view of the New Year's Eve fireworks.


The recent gentle renovation has given Ristorante Frascati
now has a new look: the rooms have been given fresh color accents and a separate lounge area invites you to enjoy an aperitif. The carefully compiled menu has also been updated. Fish aficionados can now enjoy the Carello dei Pesci. The presentation of the day's selection of fresh fish and shellfish on the fish trolley creates a Mediterranean market atmosphere. Depending on your taste, the selected fish is grilled, Mediterranean or prepared in a salt crust and can be enjoyed filleted directly at the table with a delicious side dish of your choice. Frascati's pasta selection is also delicious. Guests now have the opportunity to put together their own individual pasta from a selection of penne, spaghetti, fresh gnocchi or tagliatelle and refine it with one of the seven aromatic sauces. Ristorante Frascati continues to offer the finest pizzas, its own dessert creations and an exclusive selection of wines. Hot dishes are available daily from 11.30 am until 11.00 pm.

Central yet far away from the hustle and bustle of Christmas shopping, Frascati is the perfect place to celebrate Christmas dinner and cocktails in an atmospheric setting. During the Advent season, groups and private individuals can also enjoy delicious aperitifs in the beautiful winter forest. The culinary offer and the tasteful location - in which a beautiful nativity scene is displayed during the Christmas season - complement each other perfectly, making celebrations memorable. The Frascati can be hired exclusively if required and can accommodate up to 160 people. Smaller groups and families feel just as comfortable at Ristorante Frascati as large companies.


Fairytale winter forest and festive New Year's Eve magic
Just in time for the Advent season from November 21, 2018 to January 4, 2019, the inviting terrace of the Frascati is transformed into a fairytale winter forest. Snuggled up in soft blankets by the warming fire, you can enjoy the wonderful pre-Christmas atmosphere. At the end of the year, guests at the Frascati can look forward to a festive seven-course New Year's Eve dinner accompanied by soulful live music. On the last evening of 2018, manager Giovanni Lacatena and his team will spoil guests at Ristorante Frascati with selected delicacies such as the finest tagliolini al tartufo bianco d'Alba or St. Peter's fish with saffron sauce and purple mashed potatoes. From 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. you can party in the Frascati Bar. Places can be booked now on 043 443 06 06 for CHF 180.00 per person. The vegetarian menu is available for CHF 160.00 per person.
