A signature cocktail for at home!

Who doesn't like to treat themselves to a drink after a productive (home) office day? To add a little variety to the evening cocktail program, the popular bar manager of The Boat House Bar at the boutique and design hotel Alex Lake Zurich on Lake Zurich gives us a few insights into his creative work. When mixing his drinks, he follows a golden rule: every drink he prepares is made with at least one Swiss ingredient. This is how the infamous The Boat House Spritz was created, which is also very easy to mix at home.


The recipe is as follows:

30 ml Aperitivo Isola Verde
10 ml grapefruit liqueur
1 dl Cremant
1 dash Plum Bitters

Pour 1 dl Cremant into a red wine glass and add ice cubes.
Garnish: half a slice of dried grapefruit.
