Alexander "The Grape" Adlgasser, a native of Austria, brought the fine wines of his homeland to the hotels and restaurants of the world, thus contributing to the popularity of Austrian wines.

After stops all over the world and pampering stars with wines, "The Grape" can now be booked exclusively for restaurants and event organizers. Years of experience as head sommelier in many renowned establishments and a love of grape juice make Alexander "The Grape" Adlgasser a true star sommelier. Whether exclusive wine tastings or the compilation of an exclusive wine list, restaurants and event organizers can benefit from Alexander Adlgasser's extensive wine knowledge. In addition to his colorful horn-rimmed glasses with matching ties, Adlgasser's trademark is his hand-written wine list. In addition to the exquisite Poussiere de Lune ink and special fountain pens from HERBIN, the oldest ink manufacturer in France, he also matches the wine selection to the culinary concept of the restaurants.

"The Grape" is certain: "A sommelier must entertain his guests". In line with this principle, Adlgasser may sometimes entertain his guests with a serenade on his violin.
