Nobu pops up in Vienna
No world metropolis without its Nobu
In fact, namesake and cooking star Nobuyuki Matsuhisa has now opened 39 branches of his iconic and sophisticated foodie brand. And now it's finally Vienna's turn. The city has the two innovative hoteliers Matthias Winkler (Sacher & Bristol Chef) and Simone Dullies, General Manager of the traditional Bristol Hotel am Ring, to thank for this, whose original Bristol Bar & Lounge will be the backdrop for Nobu's unique cuisine based on Japanese tradition with South American influences from March 9th.
The Viennese Nobu experience will be led by the Executive Chef of Nobu Budapest, Gabor Schreiner, who opened in 2010 and has already been able to convince himself of the excellent quality of the Viennese suppliers.
During the ten-day NOBU pop-up, the program includes a lunch menu from 12:00 - 15:00 (Saturdays 12:00 - 17:30), two different dinner options (€95-135) and a special "Before Opera" menu (from 17:30 - 18:00 at €75).
Connoisseur Circle has already been impressed by the excellent quality of the tuna sashimi with jalapenos, foie gras with salmon and sashimi salad, black cod with yuzu miso, sea bass ceviche with passion fruit and toro steak with karashi mustard miso. Gourmets should book quickly.
