New online platform

"Kamalaya Connect"

Finding the body-mind balance in the living room

Medically based programs, yoga sessions, personal coaching on nutrition, fitness and wellbeing: the multi-award-winning Kamalaya Wellness Sanctuary & Holistic Spa offers all this and more. Part of Kamalaya's wide-ranging program, which is offered at the resort on the Thai island of Koh Samui, can now also be enjoyed at home with "Kamalaya Connect". "We are proud to present our new online platform," says Kamalaya founder John Stewart. "It allows participants to access our tailored courses from anywhere in the world and also gives them individual support in one-to-one sessions." Informative podcasts and tips on health and nutrition complete the offer. Online courses start at USD 59, personal coaching sessions at USD 86. www.kamalayaconnect.com

Kamalaya's holistic approach aims to balance and maintain the body, mind and soul. Just like on site on Koh Samui, guests decide at the beginning of their "Kamalaya Connect" online trip which area they would like to focus on: Increasing strength and energy, reducing stress and anxiety or on finding new serenity. There are currently five wellness programs with tailored individual sessions to choose from. Participants also have access to a variety of workshops, personal coaching sessions and webinars.

Free videos offer insights into topics such as burn-out symptoms, healthy eating, flexibility and strengthening muscles and joints. For an additional fee, personal live sessions on pranayama, yoga, stress management and intensive holistic personal training can be booked.
