New in Doha!
Louis Vuitton Lounge by Yannick Alléno
The seating is furnished with the Maison's iconic Objets Nomades alongside design elements by India Mahdavi, Paola Lenti and Martin Eisler. These include the Cosmic Table by Raw Edges and Bell Lamps by Edward Barber and Jay Osgerby. The vibrant Twist glasses by Studio Louis Vuitton are part of the "Art de la table" universe. In the restaurant, Yannick Alléno's "multilingual" concept appeals to a wide audience at any time of day. The internationally renowned top chef, whose "Alléno Paris" in the Pavillon Ledoyen and "Le 1947" in the Cheval Blanc in Courchevel have both been awarded three stars in the Michelin Guide, has chosen a contemporary approach for the extensive menu. In addition to French specialties and local ingredients, international dishes are also on offer.
The focus is on catering to the different dietary requirements of guests. From breakfast to brunch, traditional and local pastries are complemented by hot sandwiches and egg dishes, smoked fish platters, caviar and pastries. At any time of day, guests can choose between lighter dishes, starters and main courses. The dishes can be ordered à la carte or in the form of a multi-course tasting menu.
