Luxury spa on the reef

The reopened Le Sereno St. Barth offers its guests many moments of pleasure.

For Le Sereno St. Barth and its team, this young year is synonymous with a very special new beginning. After the luxury resort was severely affected by Hurricane Irma in September 2017, the entire property had to be renovated and even rebuilt in large parts. A month ago, the time had finally come: the dream residence located on the private beach of Grand Cul de Sac welcomed its first guests with the sophisticated flair of yesteryear, a fresh, contemporary look and numerous new features.

Among the newly created areas where guests can indulge themselves
is the VALMONT Spa, located directly on the beach. The three treatment rooms exclusively use anti-ageing products and techniques from the renowned Swiss cell cosmetics company. Whether signature treatments such as "Soft & Smooth" and "Fit & Tone", facials, body wraps or extraordinary wellness experiences such as "Eau de Rêve": the paradisiacal location with a view of the iridescent blue of the lagoon ensures unforgettable moments and the greatest possible deep relaxation. The absolute highlight is the pavilion built over the water of the Grand Cul de Sac, the only one of its kind on St. Barth. Between the spa and the fitness area, which is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, a garden has been created as a place of tranquillity for yoga and meditation.

An incomparable location also characterizes the new beachfront restaurant "Plage"
- currently the only one of its kind on St. Barth alongside another beach location. In the shade of coconut palms, guests can enjoy fresh salads, sandwiches and burgers as well as a detox juice menu. The "million dollar" view of the Grand Cul de Sac reef comes free of charge.

Moda Milanese, handmade and of excellent quality: that's what the name LARUSMIANI stands for.
- The oldest men's outfitter in Milan, based in Via MonteNapoleone, is now also represented in Le Sereno St. Barth with its own boutique. In addition to menswear and exquisite "Gentlemen's Essentials" from Lorenzi by Larusmiani, the boutique will also stock a limited-edition women's collection with trend pieces, beachwear, accessories and high-quality jewelry. This "Ladies First" collection is available exclusively at Le Sereno. Prices from 760 euros per night.

The Sereno Hotels are expanding.
The opening of the Christian Liaigre-inspired Le Sereno St. Barth in 2006 was followed four years later by Le Sereno Villas. With the opening of Il Sereno Lago di Como in 2017 and the operational takeover of the historic Villa Pliniana, an architectural jewel in the immediate vicinity of the 5-star hotel, Sereno Hotels has established itself as the owner and operator of a manageable number of hotels in the upper end of the luxury segment. Further new openings are planned. What all Sereno Hotels have in common is that they are limited to just a few rooms or suites with spacious layouts, fantastic views and a special attention to detail. Special attention is paid to design, service and cuisine. The privately owned Sereno Hotels can be found in some of the world's most sought-after vacation destinations and are all members of The Leading Hotels of the World and Virtuoso. Among the many awards that Le Sereno St. Barth and Il Sereno Lago di Como have received are the Condé Nast Traveler Readers' Choice Awards. In 2017, Il Sereno on Lake Como was rated the third best hotel in Italy by the readers of the travel magazine; its sister hotel on the Caribbean island of St. Barth was ranked 7th in the "Hotels in the Caribbean" category.
