Robert Letz, born in 1966, has been working in gastronomy for around 38 years. The highly decorated toque-awarded chef has worked at the exquisite Steierereck and the Schlosspark Mauerbach restaurant as well as Formula 1 catering and much more. It is important to him to cook with regional seasonal produce, preferably organically grown, and thus place sustainability at the heart of enjoyment.
