In the days that follow, guests can expect unique Arctic adventures and delicacies that stimulate all the senses. An exciting RIB boat safari to observe sea eagles is on the program, as is a Nordic-inspired, soothing lunch. Participants can board the traditional fishing boat Elltor and listen to the captain's old stories or climb the mountains and explore the coast. The days are filled with activities to whet the appetite. Chef Renaa and his team serve unforgettable meals, mainly made from local and Norwegian organic products from producers, farmers, hunters and fishermen . Renaa takes a "no fuss" approach to creating dishes and complex flavors, respecting the main elements of the dish and its ingredients.

The culmination of this extraordinary three-day culinary journey is a multi-course dinner created by renowned Chef Sven Erik Renaa and his team at Restaurant Karoline. Each dish, accompanied by fine wines, highlights the best of Nordic cuisine and promises an unforgettable culinary experience . Some glimpses of the menu include squid from the Skagerrak, matured in seaweed. This prized squid comes from a strait between the Jutland peninsula in Denmark, the east coast of Norway and the west coast of Sweden, which connects the North Sea with the Kattegat. To preserve a few surprises, the main course remains one of Renaa's signature spring dishes. As always, soft, fluffy milk buns accompany the meal to soak up its excellent sauces.

Magical destination, fairytale accommodation

During the four-day culinary highlight, you will be staying in original fishermen's huts - also known as rorbu, which combine the historic charm of the place with modern comfort.

Those seeking seclusion will find a rustic off-the-grid cabin with spectacular views on the island of Strøymøya. The most exclusive accommodation is Dahlgärden, a restored house for up to ten people.

The place is considered one of the most extraordinary destinations in the world and covers 26,000 hectares - almost twice the size of Manhattan. Despite its size, the community remains manageable: only 20 inhabitants live here and share their knowledge of the region with guests. Whether you are looking for adrenaline or peace and quiet, Nusfjord offers unforgettable experiences all year round amidst the wild beauty of the Lofoten Islands.
