Every guest, regardless of the airline and booking class, can turn a trip into a special experience and take advantage of the VIP offer. Every single stay is unique for the VIP team, because every guest is looked after individually and according to their wishes - a journey could not begin or end more exclusively.


The different lounge areas
seem to meet every individual wish of the guest. Refined and classic drinks are served at the elegant bar in the VIP terminal. Guests can enjoy à la carte catering in various cozy seating areas. Those who prefer to start or end their journey with a fine cigar are in good company in the Cigar Lounge. Guests don't even have to miss out on a shopping experience - a personal shopping assistant is available on request for the in-lounge shopping experience. Entertainment is provided in the gaming lounge.

and have unrestricted privacy can find peace and quiet in one of the elegant suites. Some of them are equipped with their own bathroom and shower. The new VIP terminal was designed by the renowned Frankfurt architecture firm MM Design. The interior was furnished with fine fabrics and a stylish play of colors. The high-quality furnishings create a luxurious yet playful flair. Works of art by contemporary artists such as Alex Katz and Jakob Mattner, 18th century prints and 19th century Japanese ink drawings add the finishing touches to the elegant rooms. Guests move away from the hustle and bustle of the airport in separate areas, even during necessary security, passport and customs checks. Before departure, exclusive passengers are relieved of the baggage management and check-in process so that they can start their journey in a relaxed manner. A valet parking service can be booked on request. The prices for three hours of VIP
assistance on arrival or departure are 430 euros for the first guest and 240 euros for each additional person. VIP assistance for a transfer costs 455 euros for the first guest and 335 euros for each additional person. Depending on their size, the suites cost between 100 and 500 euros for a three-hour stay. The new VIP terminal can be booked exclusively for selected events.
