Coveted title

Benjamin Parth says of the coveted "Chef of the Year" title: "This award is undoubtedly the highlight of my career so far. 'Chef of the Year' is a unique award and a phenomenal endorsement for me and my team.

At this point, it's important to say thank you, first and foremost to our guests, who have witnessed and enabled our development - toque for toque. As an enthusiastic snowboarder, a comparison is obvious to me: every athlete doesn't just want to be there at the Olympics, they want to be at the top. So in a way, this award is a stage victory on the way to our next big goal: the fourth cap."
