"Cool" beauty trend from America

The procedure is very simple: simply freeze away unloved and stubborn fat deposits with ice.

This innovative procedure for the treatment of love handles ensures optimal fat reduction. In addition to Cool Sculpting, the new cryolipolysis procedure is now also available for the first time in the practice of beauty expert Dr. Ludmilla Zahlbruckner in Vienna.

The cryolipolysis method was first proven in scientific articles in 2009.
Over 1 million treatments have now been carried out worldwide. Cryolipolysis sounds complicated, but actually just means "dissolving fatty tissue through cold". In the first step of the CoolCrush treatment, the fat is reduced by freezing the cells and the circumferences are reduced. A natural process of the body is a great advantage in this procedure: fat cells react very sensitively to cold.

The individual fat lipids crystallize due to hypothermia.
Their new pointed shape destroys the cell membrane from the inside. The body then initiates the natural healing process and the affected fat cells are gradually broken down over the following weeks and months. The fat released during this process is then transported out of the body by metabolic processes, similar to the fat contained in food.

The second part of the treatment involves shock wave treatment,
which uses short, focused pressure waves to penetrate the tissue of the fat cells and thus loosen the fat cells from their bandage. This allows the cold to have a better effect on the fat cells and the body can better remove the treated fat cells.

Crypolysis is used to reduce the circumference of the abdomen, hips, back, thighs and upper arms.
It is also possible to treat the double chin and thus define the chin line. Before the treatment, the body area is measured and photographed for documentation purposes. This is followed by a 70-minute cold treatment, during which you lie comfortably on the treatment table. Once the treatment head has been positioned, a gentle vacuum is created in the treatment area and cold is released in a controlled manner. This is followed by a 15-minute shock wave treatment to loosen up the tissue.

Afterwards, you are immediately fit for social life again and can go about your daily routine.
The skin itself may show redness and swelling in the affected areas, but this will subside within a few days. During most sessions, two areas of skin can be treated at the same time. The treatment lasts 1.5 hours. To achieve the desired treatment result, 2 individual sessions should be carried out 4 weeks apart. And the icing on the cake: the treatment is successful after just two to four months!

To achieve optimal results after the treatment, Dr. Zahlbruckner recommends lymphatic drainage:
"Lymphatic drainage has been carefully developed according to the characteristics of the human body and has numerous positive effects. The mechanical lymphatic drainage is created by air cushions built into the suit, which transfer the massaging pressure directly to the specific areas of the body. The treatment takes place while lying down, accompanied by pleasant, relaxing music and warmth. With regular use, burnout and stress are reduced as well as fat deposits and cellulite." The benefits of lymphatic drainage are wide-ranging: fat is broken down, weight is reduced, an anti-cellulite effect sets in, blood circulation in the treated body parts is improved, the lymphatic system is activated and waste products are transported away.

The device can also be adjusted to specific body parts and problem areas
to be even more effective: it improves blood circulation in the shoulder and neck area. In the arms, it tightens the skin and promotes weight loss. In the abdomen, fat is reduced and the skin is tightened. And on the thighs, cellulite is reduced, the skin is tightened and weight is lost at the same time.
