Courmayeur, Ortisei, St. Moritz, Gstaad, Crans-Montana, Saalfelden, Baqueira and other destinations: what reads like a list of the most glamorous European ski resorts are some of the stops on the Maserati Winter Tour 2017/2018. The series of events organized by Maserati in collaboration with Courmayeur Mont Blanc has now kicked off with a Welcome Winter Event in Italy. A total of four important Maserati markets are taking part in the tour, including Switzerland. Accordingly, the Maserati Winter Tour also has some event highlights to offer in Switzerland. It gives customers and interested parties the opportunity to test the new 2018 model year vehicles in challenging winter conditions. Modern driver assistance systems and the optional intelligent Q4 all-wheel drive system ensure that this is possible without any problems in all models. It is available for the premium business saloon Ghibli and the sports luxury saloon Quattroporte, as well as standard in all models of the SUV Levante. Participants also benefit from tips from the instructors on the Maserati Master driving courses as they drive along the wintry mountain roads.


Driver safety training in the Engadine
One of the winter event highlights for Switzerland is definitely the driver safety training in Samedan. From January 24 to 30, the Samedan airfield near St. Moritz will become a slippery playground. Customers can now book this very special training course on the Maserati website. During the training sessions, slalom, braking and handling skills are practiced on wintry terrain. With the new Levante, the Maserati among SUVs, the stylish Ghibli and the elegant Quattroporte sports saloon, the entire Maserati all-wheel drive range is available for participants. Those who also want to experience how the professionals perform on slippery surfaces can take a few laps with an instructor at the wheel.


Maserati partner of the Snow Polo World Cup St. Moritz
The Snow Polo World Cup St. Moritz is a sporting and social highlight in an exclusive atmosphere and breathtaking setting. As the most important snow polo tournament in the world, it combines tradition, sport and emotion - attributes that also stand for the brand with the trident. It is therefore not without reason that Maserati is team sponsor of the tournament on the frozen lake of St. Moritz for the third time in a row. Visitors to the tournament who want to experience horsepower in a different way for once can put the current 2018 model year vehicles through their paces on site.

In order to offer the participants of the Maserati Winter Tour an all-round luxurious experience, they will be accommodated exclusively in first-class hotels. Maserati has therefore entered into partnerships with select and renowned hotels. The partners in the various ski resorts in Switzerland include the following: Maiensässhotel Guarda Val in Lenzerheide, Waldhaus Flims Grand Hotel & Spa in Flims, Le Memphis Bar in Crans Montana, Park Gstaad in Gstaad and, last but not least, the Kempinski Grand Hotel Des Bains in St. Moritz.
