Sir Devonshire Square: New design jewel in the heart of London
Creative community vibes meet intelligent design
The first Sir Hotels property in the UK opens in a restored 18th century warehouse: Sir Devonshire Square. Once a storage facility for the East India Company's silk and fabrics, it is now a stylish retreat with 75 rooms, bespoke furniture, a Mediterranean color palette and modern design elements. Ennismore's in-house studio and designer Samuel Wright combine industrial roots with utopian design philosophy. Highlights such as curved terracotta staircases, light-flooded lounges and art by emerging London talent create an atmosphere between past and modern.
A hidden hideaway with a creative soul
he public lobby with integrated seating areas, bar, fireplace and seasonal cuisine is complemented by a strong local art scene. Curated by Bionda Sno, the artistic spectrum ranges from photography to agave fiber art. In the evenings, the lounge transforms into a wine bar with DJs, talks & live music - the perfect place to network with London's creative scene. Phase two will include a restaurant, a private members' club and a gym and yoga studio.
Perfect location: Between Spitalfields Market, Shoreditch and the City of London - with direct access to Liverpool Street Station.
