Not far from Alaró and therefore in the middle of the Tramuntana mountains, Finca Banyols will open in a few weeks - a hideaway with 35 luxurious rooms and suites as well as a spacious spa area. Every detail has been carefully curated by star designer Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada and tells its own story. Chef Dani Chávez Bello is a culinary delight at the finca. His cuisine combines Mallorcan products with international influences - sometimes in the form of an elegant tasting menu, sometimes as a fiery BBQ. In the stylish Aurum Bar, the focus is on selected island wines.
