The two companies have long been key players in the highly competitive villa market in St. Barth, while WIMCO has been at the forefront of the villa rental industry for the wider Caribbean region for decades. The newly branded villa rental company, WIMCO St Barth Properties, now has a portfolio of 400 private villas in St Barth alone and over 1,500 in total across 10 Caribbean islands.

The 60 most exceptional, modern ultra-luxury villas are included in "The Special Reserve Collection". They include the services of a private chef and full housekeeping staff in the rental price. For all WIMCO St Barth Properties villas, there is a bespoke concierge service that handles every request from the moment guests are picked up at the airport.
