Corinthia Hotels fills management positions in Rome, New York and Brussels

    

In 2024, Corinthia Hotels will open three hotels in Rome, New York and Brussels. The company has appointed three leaders in the hotel industry as General Managers.

Danilo Zucchetti is at the helm of the Corinthia Rome in Piazza del Parlamento. He looks back on a career spanning almost two decades in the group and was previously Vice President of Operations at Baglioni Hotels and Managing Director of Villa d'Este on Lake Como. He also held the position of General Manager of Hotel Bauer and Il Palazzo in Venice for six years.

At the same time, Pradeep Raman takes over the management of Corinthia's first US hotel on the Upper East Side of New York City. The former Surrey Hotel is currently being remodeled. Raman began his career with the Taj Group in India, where he held various positions in operations and management. He subsequently held management positions at Ritz-Carlton properties in Asia and the United States. Most recently, Raman worked as General Manager at the Baccarat Hotel & Residences in New York City.

Edward Leenders brings more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He manages the Corinthia in Brussels in the former Grand Hotel Astoria on Rue Royale, which is currently being renovated. Leenders previously held various management positions in luxury hotels and resorts around the world. Prior to joining Corinthia, he was General Manager of Hotel De l'Europe in Amsterdam and before that worked at Rocco Forte Hotels in London, Florence and Brussels for over a decade.
