Vista takes over Air Hamburg

Over the past three years, the company has experienced strong growth and significantly increased its market share in Europe and beyond. Vista is a subsidiary of Vista Global Holding in Dubai Vista. It arranges flights operated by third-party airlines or partner companies of the Group. The holding company holds non-controlling minority interests in Xojet Aviation, GMJ Air Shuttle, Red Wing Aviation and Talon Air. The Hamburg-based Air Hamburg Group claims to be the largest provider of private jets in Europe in terms of the number of flights. It flies to more than 1,000 destinations in Europe alone. In 2021, it organized over 18,800 flights and, in terms of flight hours, it is in second place behind Vista with 35,000. The Air Hamburg Private Jets fleet consists of 44 jets of the types Lineage 1000E, Falcon 7X, Legacy 600/650/650E, Legacy 500, Praetor 600, Cessna Citation XLS+, Phenom 300/300E and Cessna Citation CJ3.
