Preferred Hotels & Resorts, the world's largest independent hotel brand, launches the new Travel Advisor Portal , providing travel agents with a comprehensive suite of tools and resources. With its user-friendly interface and advanced features, it offers priority access to a select collection of more than 600 independent luxury hotels, resorts and residences worldwide. At the same time, travel agents can book and manage reservations, create quotes and submit commission claims.

Booking management and customized offers

The platform also allows for personalized confirmations, details on room rates and included amenities for guests, depending on agency affiliation. Agents can also track performance metrics in the "My Insights" section, which provides detailed statistics on active and past reservations, hotels booked, total revenue and room nights booked.

The tool is also available to consultants as a knowledge base where they can learn more about Preferred Hotels & Resorts' global collection, as well as the benefits of customer registration and membership in the I Prefer Hotel Rewards loyalty program. It contains helpful links, frequently asked questions (FAQs) and other information, including details on Preferred Travel Group's philanthropic and sustainability initiatives.

Exclusive benefits for Preferred Platinum agents

In addition, Preferred Platinum agents will benefit from a special search page listing Preferred Platinum hotels and offers, as well as the automatic inclusion of Preferred Platinum rates when searching for hotels, further simplifying the booking process for top clients. A new feature available exclusively to Preferred Platinum travel advisors is the Small Social Group Requests program, which is managed through the Preferred Hotels & Resorts VIP Desk. The program allows for instant confirmation of availability and rates for bookings of up to 15 rooms at select participating hotels.
