Appointment of the GM for the first house in North America

Emanuela Setterberg Di Vivo is Managing Director of The Vineta Hotel. The Oetker Collection's first Masterpiece Hotel in North America is scheduled to open in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Setterberg can look back on a career of more than 20 years in the luxury hotel industry. She has held numerous management positions, including at Four Seasons, Ritz Carlton, Bulgari Hotels, Ferragamo, Rosewood, Dorchester Collection and One & Only. The Swedish-born manager has worked in Dubai, London, Tokyo, Milan, Tuscany, Lisbon, New York, Atlanta and Beverly Hills. Most recently, she was responsible for the One & Only The Palm in Dubai as General Manager.

The opening of The Vineta Hotel in Palm Beach is the second collaboration between the Oetker Collection and the owner partners Reuben Brothers - after the Hotel La Palma in Capri. As a tribute to the legacy of the more than hundred-year-old hotel, the original name "Vineta" will be retained. With its distinctive bright pink façade directly on Worth Avenue, the hotel is an example of the revival of Mediterranean architecture for which Palm Beach is known. The listed building is currently being renovated under the direction of Parisian interior designer Tino Zervudachi.
