Windrose launches further "Private Experiences"

Windrose Finest Travel has launched further tailor-made "Private Experiences" for customers who want a vacation away from the crowds. The portfolio includes exclusive breaks with your own flight in South America, 21 days through the South Seas on the legendary Coral Route and stays in exceptional private accommodation with your own chef and staff, such as Morukuru Owners House in South Africa.

The portfolio will continue to be available to all guests, explains Managing Director Stephan Braun: "In our opinion, a safe vacation is possible if the hygiene and distancing rules, the precautions on site and the 3G regulations are observed." The Windrose travel designers are in regular personal contact with hotel partners, guides and tour organizers and also get an impression of the situation on site. "Fernweh Special" conditions are intended to ensure maximum flexibility: new bookings with a travel period until April 30, 2022 can be canceled free of charge up to 90 days before the start of the trip. This applies to all travel arrangements with flights, round trips and all luxury hotels and resorts from the Finest Places segment. Similarly, the "Fernweh Special Flex Tariff" guarantees customers a free rebooking or cancellation up to 22 days before the start of their vacation, minus the Flex surcharge. The rate is staggered according to the total travel price. "Agencies receive the full commission on the entire travel price, including the respective upgrade service, when the guest starts their vacation and also benefit from a 50 percent commission on the 'Fernweh Special Flex Surcharge' in the event of a cancellation," explains Braun.

In the coming winter, classic sun destinations in the Indian Ocean such as the Maldives are particularly popular with Windrose guests. "They attract guests with secluded island hotels and maximum privacy as well as optimal weather," says Braun. There is also strong demand for private trips that are a little "out of the box". These include stays in private villas with additional services. Braun expects Expo 2020 in Dubai to boost bookings to the United Arab Emirates.
