Kempinski Hotels with new CCO

      

Massimo Brancaleoni will replace Amanda Elder as Chief Commercial Officer of Kempinski Hotels as of November 1, 2024. Born in Italy, he was most recently Senior Vice President Sales and Revenues at Silversea Cruises. In his new role, he brings more than 25 years of commercial experience and a proven track record of leading large teams and developing profitable global sales strategies.

Prior to this, Brancaleoni spent 20 years at Costa Crociere, most recently as Senior Vice President Global Sales. In his various positions, he worked in Paris, Genoa, Hong Kong, Madrid, Miami and Monaco. Brancaleoni studied at the University of Economics in Genoa and at the IESE Business School in Barcelona. Since 2022, he has been a guest lecturer in economics in the cruise, ferry and yachting industry at the Università degli Studi di Genova.
