The Travel Industry Club's successful Young Minds talent program enters its fourth round

    

The Travel Industry Club has developed a successful talent program to promote young talents in the travel industry. In 2023, the Young Minds talent program will be launched for the fourth time and will once again offer young professionals the opportunity to expand their professional, methodological and personal skills. Until the end of the year, participants can attend three interactive day workshops including a pre-event program at various locations in Germany and also have the opportunity to take part in digital networking sessions on current topics.


Aim of the talent program: New skills for the future of the travel industry

The Travel Industry Club's Young Minds talent program aims to provide participants with new professional, methodological and personal skills. The seminars not only focus on personal development, but also deal with important current topics such as digital transformation, sustainability and service design. The workshops are led by renowned experts from the industry and supported by Prof. Armin Brysch (Vice President Travel Industry Club) and Lars Wendel (Vice President & Lead Young Travel Industry Club), who assist the talents both in terms of content and personally.


The program at a glance: One-day seminars, networking and more

The Young Minds Talent Program offers participants a wide range of activities and benefits:

1. three interactive day seminars with dinner for networking: The workshops take place at various locations in Germany: in Berlin, Frankfurt and Munich. Participants have the opportunity to learn and exchange ideas with other young professionals in small groups of a maximum of 15 people.

2. digital networking sessions: In addition to the one-day seminars, there are also two exclusive eNetworking sessions on current developments in the tourism and leisure industry. These digital meetings offer participants the opportunity to expand their network and exchange ideas with experts from the industry.

3. industry insights and networking through (Young) TIC Membership 2023: Participation in the talent program also includes membership in the Travel Industry Club for the year 2023, giving participants:inside exclusive access to further industry events and the opportunity to make valuable industry contacts.

4. free participation in the Award Night 2023: As a special highlight, the young professionals have the opportunity to attend the Award Night 2023, a renowned TIC event where outstanding achievements are recognized, free of charge.
