Located in the heart of Dublin’s vibrant creative district , Ireland’s first Hoxton Hotel is set to open in November 2025. The former Central Hotel on historic Exchequer Street has been extensively restored by Ennismore’s AIME Studios and is being transformed into a stylish destination featuring 129 rooms, an inviting lobby with a bar, a nightclub, and five dining concepts—including the Peruvian-inspired Cantina Valentina and the sandwich spot Dollars, which turns into a natural wine bar in the evenings.

The interior combines industrial chic with Irish flair. The rooms—ranging from “Snug” to “Biggy”—are inspired by Ireland’s autumnal landscape. In the lobby, hotel guests and locals alike gather to work, chat, or simply enjoy the atmosphere.

As a special highlight , The Hoxton is celebrating its first in-house nightclub, Groundwork. The legendary Library Bar is also making a comeback—modernized, but with the same familiar Dublin charm.

Thanks to its location near Drury Street, Temple Bar, and Grafton Street, The Hoxton Dublin is the ideal starting point for exploring the city on foot.
