The hotel's interior pays homage to the city's extensive heritage and features a mix of old and modern, such as individual elements of monastic design and mosaic artwork in earthy tones like dark orange and gray.

The 100 rooms are inspired by the Byzantine style, with arched doorways alluding to the city's historic architecture and elegant art installations created by local artisans.

The gastronomic concepts also reflect the rich heritage, such as the main restaurant Botargo with its monastic cuisine or the Samite Lounge with its urban flair, which offers breakfast and a daily menu. Various private dining options are also available.
