The camp is elevated above the mouth of the Ruak and Mekong rivers, in the heart of the Golden Triangle. From the camp, the view sweeps over the countries of Thailand, Burma (Myanmar) and Laos. 15 luxurious, fully air-conditioned tents and the new Explorer Lodge (for family or friends) with outdoor pool pamper guests with all the comforts they have come to expect from Four Seasons.

The décor is reminiscent of adventure expeditions, with handcrafted furniture, wooden floors and lanterns. There is a copper bathtub for two in the middle of the tent, two massage beds on the sun deck and a shower outside. On the unique three- or four-night excursions, guests discover elephants in their natural habitat and explore spectacular mountain trails and the bamboo jungle. Guests can relax in the pool, including the therapeutic whirlpool.
