Florio follows in the footsteps of its celebrated sisters, the restaurants at Villa Igiea in Sicily and the Hotel de Russie in Rome, which can be traced back to the expertise of Fulvio Pierangelini, the Rocco Forte Group's Creative Director of Food.
At the heart of the Florio is Italian cuisine that impresses with its simplicity, top quality and hand-picked products.
