Following its major renovation, the König Ludwig Wellness & Spa Resort Allgäu presents itself as a new place of longing with seven new highlights.

Neuschwanstein, the famous castle of Ludwig II, is very close by. Florian Lingenfelder, second-generation host of the König Ludwig Wellness & Spa Resort Allgäu, creates his own retreat just like the king. For its 40th birthday, the 4-star superior hotel shines with many highlights following extensive renovation and new construction. The hotel's entrance, lobby with fireplace lounge and reception have been completely redesigned. Many rooms and suites as well as the Lilien Lounge, the hotel's highly successful bar concept, have also been renovated. The hotel was also recently extended to include a 300 m² yoga lounge.
The 4,500 m² Swan Lake is the largest swimmable natural lake in the German-speaking world - two large swimming areas and an outdoor whirlpool, including a panoramic view of Neuschwanstein. In the evening, you can marvel at the colorful water games on the lake in the extended, stylish Lilien Lounge & Bar. There is also a year-round heated sports pool and the panoramic indoor adventure pool, a water paradise that is complemented by 15 bathing, sweating and relaxation attractions in the Ludwig SPA, a large beauty farm and a two-storey relaxation house with a gallery by the lake. Particularly popular among the SPA treatments are the couple treatments and the signature babymoon treatments.
