Dukley Hotel & Resort

Out of the traffic circle and into another world: Located on a private peninsula, the Dukley Hotel & Resort is an ultra-luxury gated community project with two hotels (4* Harmonia Hotel by Dukley, 5* Infinity Hotel by Dukley), three private beaches, just as many restaurants and 50 residences and penthouses boldly nestled into the steep slope, which can be used privately or rented out for up to 4.100 euros per night. My "Two-Bedroom-Deluxe-Residence-Seaview" was already available for 950 euros in the low season. Not a bad deal for two bedrooms and bathrooms, open kitchen, lounge, panoramic terrace with Jacuzzi and 160 m2 of indoor/outdoor space. Nevertheless, it is incomprehensible that no turndown service is offered for this price ...

Would you even want to leave such a dream retreat during your stay ? Not really. If you do, you'll need one of the e-buggies that constantly purr through the lush and lavishly landscaped grounds. Walking yourself would be too strenuous and, above all, too confusing. There is also a boat shuttle to Budva for excursions - but did I mention that you don't really want to leave the Dukley?

So, call the buggy and explore the resort's own restaurants: While the Dukley
Seafront presents itself as a pretty outlet with the look and feel of a beach club, run with a lot of Montenegrin macho ego and little competence (if you still want to go: the octopus on celeriac puree was really very good!

Very atmospheric, very delicious - and probably the most stylish sushi place along the entire Adriatic thanks to its evening DJ sets and spectacular cliff-top location.
