Como Maalifushi & COMO Cocoa Island

Luxurious & private

The luxurious ComO Hotels & Resorts chain welcomes its guests to paradise with two fantastic properties in the Maldives. Como Maalifushi is the first and only resort in the pristine Thaa Atoll. But exclusive privacy is also celebrated at the smaller island resort COMO Cocoa Island.

A true luxury hideaway stretches over a length of around 350 meters: COMO Cocoa Island is the epitome of elegant privacy. Nevertheless, guests do not need a seaplane to reach the island: The speedboat transfer from the international airport on the main island of Malé takes just 40 minutes. The style of the resort is understated. In the 33 villas, the interior and exterior spaces merge, with floor-to-ceiling glass windows and spacious terraces on the side facing the sea. The design of the Dhoni Water Villas is reminiscent of traditional fishing boats, while the Ocean Residences were inspired by the colonial style of South India. The COMO Sunset Villa with three bedrooms and the Sunrise Villa with two bedrooms are ideal for families. Both accommodations inspire equally with a spectacular view of the sunset and sunrise. The Luxury Villas in the turquoise-blue lagoon are a playful highlight.

With their feet in the sand , guests can sit in the Ufaa restaurant. Indian and Mediterranean-inspired dishes are served, with a focus on locally caught seafood and healthy COMO Shambhala cuisine. Relaxation can be found at the infinity pool or in the COMO Shambhala Retreat. Diving for beginners and advanced divers, kayaking, windsurfing and catamaran sailing provide just as much variety as a snorkeling trip to the house reef of COMO Cocoa Island.

The second COMO brand hotel in the Maldives, the elegant COMO Maalifushi in the pristine Thaa Atoll, is also a luxurious hideaway. The beautifully designed villas impress with plenty of space and timeless design. Some of the resort's suites and villas float above the water and have private pools, while others are nestled amidst tropical vegetation. The Beach Suites, for example, impress with their elegant design and direct beach access. The jewel of the resort is the Overwater COMO Villa, which offers space for a total of five guests and has a spacious private pool and butler service.

COMO Maalifushi's three restaurants offer a varied culinary experience. Local delicacies are served directly on the beach in the Madi restaurant, while the Japanese specialty restaurant Tai is the place to go for dinner. During the day, the Thila restaurant welcomes resort guests in a relaxed atmosphere. The COMO Shambhala Retreat is also a wellness oasis on COMO Maalifushi. The spa follows a holistic approach and has an open-air yoga pavilion and overwater treatment rooms. Water sports fans are in good hands with diving, snorkeling or game fishing. The youngest guests can have fun in the Kids Club Play by COMO, where they are invited to let off steam creatively.
