The St. Regis Bangkok
But with a butler, please
Unfortunately, check-in is a little slow. It is all the more pleasant that the butler then serves tea and coffee with heavenly-tasting patisserie in the room to welcome you. This is relaxing. Individual butler service around the clock is a trademark of St. Regis hotels. Business travelers particularly appreciate the ironing service (two items of clothing a day free of charge) - we appreciate the morning coffee with the daily newspaper after the wake-up call and the service of packing and unpacking suitcases.
The rooms and suites with floor-to-ceiling windows are generously proportioned and timelessly elegant. Throughout the hotel wafts the delightful fragrance "Caroline's Four Hundred", created exclusively for St. Regis and reminiscent of the flowers in Caroline Astor's legendary ballroom. The morning buffet at Viu Restaurant is opulent, varied and of the highest quality. From sushi to quinoa porridge with mango and coconut, nothing is left to be desired. Only the atmosphere in the crowded restaurant is very lively and restless.
From the small but lovely pool on the 15th floor, you have a great view of the greens of the Royal Sports Club golf course and Bangkok's skyline.
