Here you can find peace and quiet, relax and enjoy Caribbean flair, good food and the best wines.
If you don't necessarily need a direct beach location, you will love this tropical mansion with just nine individual suites. The owner, an American lawyer, has spared no expense or effort in furnishing this luxurious retreat, a member of Relais & Chateaux, to the highest standards. He had many details and furnishings specially made for "The Q", as the hotel is also known, and also plundered his private collection of art and antiques to create a classically stylish ambience. This applies to the public areas such as the lobby, bar and restaurant and the lovingly landscaped garden as well as the suites, which offer a wonderful view of the sea and the white beaches of Long Bay. Guests have a butler at their disposal around the clock, who serves breakfast - small buffet and à la carte - on the private terrace or in the restaurant, for example, but is also happy to fire up the whirlpool and heat up the sauna.
For the small number of guests, the small, Asian-style spa is more than adequate. The personal service also includes Chef Dominique asking about preferences and intolerances before the meal and coming back to the table for a chat after the excellent dinner. The "Julians" is perhaps the best restaurant on Anguilla, which is also greatly appreciated by locals and guests from other hotels. After dinner, people like to make themselves comfortable at the bar for a digestif with some of the other house guests. Or you can open a bottle from the excellently stocked wine cellar on your own terrace.
Despite its second-row location, you don't have to miss out on the beach at the Q either. A few steps and a short path lead to two beautiful sandy beaches. Some beach bars and restaurants are also within easy walking distance.
