The Park Hotel Kenmare in the southwest of Ireland is an idyllic
retreat with Victorian ambience and Irish magic. Its pricelessly beautiful location on a hill overlooking the picturesque Kenmare Bay and the Caha Mountains will captivate you from the very first glance. The Ring of Kerry is right on the doorstep, with Kenmare Golf Club right next door. It is one of the oldest hotels on the island. Bryan Meehan and his wife Tara have been the new owners since 2023. Since then, contemporary works of art from their private collection have adorned the walls. For those interested, there is a daily art tour at 5 pm. The cozy rooms and suites are individually furnished with antiques, have incredibly comfortable beds and exude old-world charm. The view from our window of Kenmare Bay with the green hills on the horizon is like a painting. Award-winning coffee from the fine roaster Blue Bottle Coffee is available to guests free of charge. The Landline restaurant dining room, decorated by London's hottest designer Bryan O'Sullivan, serves an à la carte breakfast in the morning that leaves nothing to be desired. In the evening, creative dishes made from regional products are on the menu. The service is fabulous, attentive and attentive. Special mention should be made of Marc, who works discreetly in the background but is always present at the right moment. Other highlights include a small, plush cinema and the luxurious, ultra-modern SÁMAS Spa with its floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the glittering bay.
