The Cliff
Charming boutique hotel on the west coast
If you want to swim at the hotel, you can do so in two beautiful pools, or you can access the Caribbean Sea from the cliffs via swimming ladders. For relaxing and sunbathing, there are quiet islands with sun loungers and parasols spread across the cliffs and at a good distance from each other. Incidentally, you can also eat there undisturbed. "We'll find you," was the announcement from the cheerful staff member. In general, the service is very dedicated and friendly.
The independent Caribbean fusion cuisine tastes excellent, and the view from the restaurant terrace is simply fantastic. You can take it easy if it takes a little longer for lunch or if there is no natural yoghurt or cereal at breakfast.
natural yogurt and cereals at breakfast. A sundowner at the Cliff Bar is a must - spectacular! Even though The Cliff Hotel offers its own all-inclusive packages, it is worth discovering local eateries such as Just Natural, Rick's Café or beach bars like Murphy's in the West End.
The choice of accommodation is limited - no wonder with only 29 suites and villas. However, even in the lowest category - in one of the 45 m2 junior suites with balcony or terrace - you are in good hands. The bright rooms are decorated in beige and white. Dark wooden furniture and large oil paintings provide accents. The four villas are furnished in the same style and offer plenty of space. The largest villa can easily accommodate two families in its 465 m2 and five bedrooms. The only drawback in this category is that the villas do not have their own pool.
