" Once upon a time", Fairy tales start like this - and sometimes success stories too. Like that of the Pariente family, who founded the fashion label Naf Naf in 1973 and switched from shirts and pants to hotels 40 years later. Today, their "Maisons Pariente" can be found in Paris, Provence, Méribel - and St. Tropez. Surrounded by a pine forest and a dreamlike garden, we reside here in rural seclusion and yet not far from the beach and the city. But we don't really care about the central location. From the moment we checked in on the hotel terrace, we knew that we wouldn't want to leave in a hurry! "Le coup de foudre" is what the French call it. "Love at first sight", we say - and a little later we start raving again when we see our Deluxe Junior Suite. In addition to the generous amount of space, the elegant, relaxed retro look is particularly impressive. Interior designer Charles Zana has brought the St. Tropez of the sixties back to life with craft lamps, bamboo frames, linen fabrics, ceramic artwork and brightly painted bedheads - and didn't forget to have the towels in the daylight-bright bathroom with a free-standing bath and a shower cubicle that could easily accommodate a 2CV, embroidered in the city colors of red and white. This attention to detail is evident in all areas of the Lou Pinet!

Which brings us to the hotel restaurant: A heavenly breakfast hideaway in the morning with pastries, a crêpe station and oven-hot quiches, the boho-colored Salle à manger transforms into a branch of the trendy "Beefbar" in the evening, which frequent meat tigers know from Monaco or Mykonos. With a view of olive trees adorned with fairy lights, you can enjoy delicious steak frites or Kobe cuts from the teppanyaki grill ... "Later will be too late. Our life is now" is written on the card that the turndown service has placed on your pillow instead of chocolate. If you want to enjoy life to the full in the now, Lou Pinet is definitely the place for you.
