Anantara The Marker Dublin
Perfect for... Business and leisure guests as well as lifestyle-loving couples and singles who like it casual and uncomplicated
landmark and meeting place. The architecture inside and out reflects the elemental nature of the Irish landscape. On the first afternoon, we enjoy the Poetry & Places Afternoon Tea. We choose our favorites from 20 different, exquisite Ronnefeldt teas such as Oolong Peach, Irish Whiskey Cream or Apple Crumble, which are served together with delicious sandwiches, extravagant patisserie creations and a glass of ice-cold Bollinger champagne. Particularly worth mentioning here is the very personal, perfect service. In the evening, we sit in the lively Marker Bar & Lounge, as the restaurant "Forbes Street by Gareth Mullins" is unfortunately not open on Sundays. We try the Burren Smokehouse Salmon and Charolais Irish Beef Burger - both are excellent. The armchairs impress with their stylish appearance rather than their comfort. The view of the artfully designed Grand Canal Square opposite while enjoying an excellent breakfast will make you forget that you just had to wait in a queue until a table became available. You should definitely plan enough time for the modern, minimalist Anantara Spa with its award-winning treatments and magnificent 23-meter infinity pool. Colored in a palette of cool grey tones, the spa transports you into an almost mystical, dimmed atmosphere - a heavenly place of peace and relaxation in Ireland's bustling capital.
