Viennese waltz off the coast of New Zealand

"All Waltz" is the motto on board the EUROPA when the luxurious ship once again hosts the EUROPA Opera Ball next February!

Here in Vienna, while the debutantes make their entrance into the State Opera, the officers and crew members open the dance in the festively decorated Europa Lounge.
Although it takes place off the coast of New Zealand, the EUROPA Opera Ball will also have a culinary focus on the Austrian capital: At midnight, for example, one of our favorite Viennese restaurants, the "Schwarze Kameel", will be serving hand-cut leg ham with fresh horseradish, Frankfurter sausages and goulash soup on board in addition to its legendary "Brötchen". There is also Kaiserschmarrn pancakes with stewed plums prepared right in front of the guests. We think it's worth the trip to the other end of the world.
