Seabourn Cruises
On course for adventure: submarine on board!
"Extraordinary Expeditions"
with the new Seabourn Venture now bookable.
Special voyages
need to be well planned. The first "Expeditions" of the new Seabourn Venture in its premiere season 2021/22 can now be booked! The cruise program includes Arctic and Northern Europe, The Americas and Antarctica as well as expeditions to the Amazon region. With its innovative design by Adam Tihany and PC6 Polar Class Standard, the Seabourn Venture has been specially developed for luxury expedition cruises. On board are two submarines as well as 24 Zodiacs and kayaks, which are boarded from the dedicated Landing Zone on deck 3.
Like all Seabourn ships
the Venture is an All Suites ship - with 132 Oceanfront Veranda Suites for a maximum of 264 guests. These voyages combine adventure and a true expedition experience with the ultimate in luxury and comfort that makes a cruise with Seabourn so special.
Premiere season in Northern Europe
and in the Arctic. Along the borders of the pack ice in the north and deep into the fjords of Patagonia in the south, excursions to Antarctica and to hidden places in the course of the Amazon: the Seabourn Venture sets course for over 150 fascinating places around the globe. She will spend her maiden season in Northern Europe and the Arctic. The 12-day maiden voyage "Northern Isles & The Viking Homeland" leads to Tromsø in Norway, through the majestic Norwegian fjords and to the most beautiful islands of Britain. This is followed by voyages of 10-15 days along the Norwegian coast to the North Cape and on to the Arctic, Iceland, Greenland and Nunavut, a remote Inuit territory in the northern Canadian archipelago. From here, the Seabourn Venture continues to the Caribbean, Central and South America, Antarctica and the Amazon Delta.
This is how explorers live
today. Spacious, luxurious and thought through down to the smallest detail. The suites on the Seabourn Venture offer maximum comfort for discerning explorers. One example? All suites have a heated closet that always has a warm jacket ready for the next adventure. In addition, custom-made furniture made from the best materials, elegant design elements from maritime craftsmanship and equipment at the highest technical level. Guests who appreciate a spacious room as well as plenty of outdoor space are best off staying in a Panorama Veranda Suite. The bedroom and living area have a wide glass front opening onto the 55 m² veranda, which has its own whirlpool, sun loungers and a spacious seating area. The two two-storey Grand Wintergarden Suites open up completely new dimensions of living at sea: They are based on a novel layout and offer guests a two-storey apartment amidships on decks 7 and 8. A highlight is the bar in these suites, which includes a bottle of the coveted Shackleton blended malt Scotch whiskey as one of the selected drinks - a reminiscence of the British Antarctic expedition in 1907.
Facing forwards
and with a perfect view in the direction of travel are the two Owners Suites. They are around 100 m² in size, almost half of which is taken up by the veranda in front - the perfect place to be the first to discover the next expedition destinations.
