Hurtigruten: Richard With makes himself chic!

The MS Richard With of the Norwegian mail ship operator Hurtigruten is being renovated.

More comfort, new, more environmentally friendly technology and an even better view of Norway's spectacular coastal landscapes: The MS Richard With of the Norwegian mail ship operator Hurtigruten is being renovated and will have a new, more luxurious look from December: for example, all cabins and suites will be completely modernized and some will even be equipped with large panoramic cores. In addition, the aft main restaurant Torget will have floor-to-ceiling windows for an optimal view of the Norwegian fjord landscape.


There is also a brand new activity center and the Kysten Fine Dining
- an à la carte restaurant based on high-quality, local products. On the eight deck, two outdoor whirlpools will invite guests to bathe under the starry sky or the wintry northern lights. The Hurtigruten bakery Multe, which is very popular on already modernized ships and serves freshly baked cakes and the best smørbrød at sea, will be expanded and will also offer smoothies, local ice cream with homemade toppings, coffee specialties, organic herbal teas and high-quality juices. What remains is the legendary route: the MS Richard With will in future sail between Bergen and Kirkenes.
