The Grödnerhof will be 100 years old in 2023. The five-star hotel does not look it. Hugo Bernardi has transformed what began as his grandparents' modest guesthouse into a modern luxury hotel. In 2001, he completely rebuilt the hotel in the center of Ortisei in the traditional Alpine style. It was recently extended to include an impressive spa cube made of glass, wood and steel. In the wellness oasis, a log fire by the pool and lots of wood create a feel-good atmosphere. The outdoor whirlpool and the glazed saunas literally merge with the Val Gardena. The highlight of the Relais & Châteaux establishment is the Michelin-starred Anna Stuben restaurant.
