Because at the SEPP, you find that you are less alone together. Surrounded by the wonderful nature of the Hochkönig region, the Alpine Boutique Hotel in Maria Alm is aimed exclusively at adults and anyone over 21. At SEPP, we celebrate life. Regular events and mini-happenings provide variety and exciting experiences. The SEPP also celebrates nature: whether skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, hiking, trail running, tennis&nbsp or golf - there is certainly something for every adventure-seeker. In winter you can choose from alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, ski touring, snowboarding, tobogganing and ice skating. 33 lifts, over 60 perfectly groomed slopes and 120 kilometers of fantastic downhill runs are available. Highlight: The Königstour with 35 continuous kilometers of pistes over 6 peaks with a difference in altitude of 7,500 meters, awarded as one of the most beautiful ski circuits in the Alps. In summer you can enjoy a network of 340 km of hiking trails, which have been awarded the Austrian Hiking Seal of Quality. The highlight here is the 74 km Königsweg.

Everyone's SEPP

Each exSEPPtional in its own way: the rooms (22 - 38 m²) are divided into five room types and all have their own unique style. In the Cosy, for example, rustic old wood walls, a solid wooden floor, a cozy double bed, a wide window seat with a view of the Hochkönig and its own TV screen ensure a cozy atmosphere. The Luxury, on the other hand, scores points with its modern design ambience, free-standing bathtub and balcony with Hutschn swing.

Playground on the roof

The unadulterated SEPP lifestyle takes place on the rooftop, the playground of the house, so to speak. Those who are not out exploring nature can enjoy brunch here, sip a drink at the bar, play billiards, swing a little or have a good conversation over an exquisite dinner from the show kitchen. Culinary inspirations from all over the world come together here in many different ways. In the open space in the attic, up to 60 people can come together at the wooden table, at the regulars' table or for a conference. The open space in the basement can accommodate 100 people.

Airy relaxation

The wellness program also takes place on the Roof Top. A specially converted Airstream and two small sauna cabins invite you to relax. The 12-metre-long pool is a wonderful place to swim with a view of the Steinernes Meer. You can also relax in the atrium under the trees. The Meindl Lounge is a favorite place to chill out together. You can pamper yourself with relaxing massages in a stylish ambience and soak up the exSEPPtional spirit of the hotel. The Ritzensee can be reached in about 8 minutes by car, Zell am See in a good 20 minutes, the reservoir on the local mountain Natrun in Maria Alm in just under 15 minutes by gondola and a short walk.
