The 5,000 m² A.L.M. Refugium forms the heart of the hotel. Water worlds, sauna landscapes and oases of peace come together here:

- Nine saunas, including organic alpine herbal sauna, aroma steam bath and tunnel sauna

The hotel offers an extensive yoga & activity program with up to seven daily sessions: Hatha, Vinyasa, Nidra and Aqua Yoga, meditation, strength training, water gymnastics and guided hikes.
