The Hotel Post Bezau by Susanne Kaufmann combines five generations of family hospitality and tradition with the health, wellness and beauty expertise of hotelier and cosmetics pioneer Susanne Kaufmann. She is convinced that our surroundings contribute significantly to our well-being. With this holistic view, the strengths of the last 25 years have been re-bundled and summarized in specific retreats according to key themes. Susanne Kaufmann and hotel director Stephanie Rist have designed a concept that focuses on the regional with the power of nature and many years of experience in spa culture and health promotion. Their efforts were rewarded with the World Spa Award in the category "Austria's Best Wellness Retreat 2019".
Planned breaks from everyday life simplify sustainable changes in lifestyle, diet and habits. That's why Susanne Kaufmann and hotel director Stephanie Rist have developed a concept based on healthy eating, sufficient exercise and sleep as well as holistic treatments. The retreats on offer focus on specific themes that are tailored to individual needs: Detox, Holistic Beauty, Dis-covery, Fitness, Pilates, Yoga, Tennis, and Family Retreats. Guests experience the best treatments, therapies, nutritional concepts and selected trainers based on the experience of the last 25 years.
The in-house Susanne Kaufmann Spa is the heart of the hotel. "Our spa reflects all of our values: uncompromisingly high quality in service and products combined with our values, which can be summarized as sustainability, openness and transparency," says hotel director Stephanie Rist, describing the heart of the hotel. Over the course of fifteen years, the global success of the cosmetics line and the spa have promoted the development of the Hotel Post from a wellness hotel to a globally award-winning health resort.

Selected Samina Detox Sleep Rooms at the Hotel Post Bezau by Susanne Kaufmann are equipped with the exclusive Samina sleep system. It takes into account all bioenergetic and orthopaedic requirements for the highest possible quality of sleep and is an invaluable source of deep regeneration. At the same time, the detoxification processes in the body are promoted during the night and help the body to regain its balance.

As the title suggests, the first menu is inspired by a special person - Susanne Kaufmann's grandmother Irma Natter. The menu illustrates cross-generational traditions, natural resources and seasonal dishes. The Detox Cuisine complements the hotel's own Detox Retreat. To speed up the detoxification of organs such as the liver, kidneys and skin during the cure, no cold or raw foods are served and some of the dishes are gluten-free and vegan. There are also no additives, colorings, preservatives, flavor enhancers or added sugar. A calorie-reduced diet with the Weight Management Menu helps to boost the metabolism, successfully break down fat and thus lose weight healthily and in the long term.
