LaPosch - Living Lands
A boutique garden resort at the foot of the Zugspitze
It
is
a sanctuary of tranquility, privacy, and understated luxury
. LaPosch – Living Lands in Biberwier is an exclusive garden boutique resort in the Tyrolean Zugspitze region that marries alpine lifestyle with modern luxury and absolute privacy. Set against an imposing mountain panorama, the resort stands as a symbol of what has become most precious today: time, attention, and space. It is a place of mindfulness where “quiet luxury” and down-to-earth simplicity come together—ideal for guests who appreciate exclusive service but seek the informality of their own four walls.
Accommodations blending chalet charm with modern luxury
The heart of the resort consists of 16 individually designed chalets crafted from traditional reclaimed wood and natural stone. The range extends from cosy retreats in traditional Tyrolean style to luxurious pool villas and two-storey lakeside villas sited directly on the resort’s own Kristall swimming lake.
A special highlight debuting in August 2026 is the introduction of expansive lodges. These luxurious retreats, including the “Blütenschimmer Lodges” and “Waldbach Lodges,” captivate with a modern aesthetic that is seamlessly woven with the snug allure of a mountain chalet. Sited either at the forest’s edge beside the Loisach River or above the gatehouse, they command breathtaking vistas of wild meadows and snow-capped peaks, alongside exclusive amenities such as a private fireplace, a sauna, and a cosy outdoor tub on the terrace. Natural materials harmonise with the surrounding Tyrolean mountain panorama to craft an environment of profound repose.
Every category boasts a sauna and a fireplace with a real flame, creating an especially snug ambience in winter.

prioritises absolute flexibility and privacy, following the motto “Everything Is Possible, Nothing Is Required.” The individually tailored Tyrolean breakfast is quietly delivered to the entrance area of your accommodation each morning. During the day, the charming “Eiermobil” delivers freshly prepared egg dishes straight to your doorstep. For the evening, three dining experiences are on offer: a private dinner in the comfort of your own chalet, a visit to the two-Hauben-awarded Restaurant Walters, or, from August 2026, the new signature restaurant Klaras, which will further enrich the resort. This cosy, home-style kitchen serves beloved classics such as dumplings, Gröstl and Schmarren, refined with the refreshing lightness of produce from the resort’s own garden.
