At the entrance to the Tuxertal at 1,300 meters above the Tyrolean Zillertal, you will find the Alpin Spa Hotel Tuxerhof in a wonderfully sunny location. It is a very special place of power, which the Schneeberger family is already running in the 4th generation and where the comfort of the guest is the focus. Opened in 1930 with just 8 double rooms, the traditional hotel grew to 25 beds by 1951. Running water was introduced and modern structures were created. Following the most recent extensive renovation, the 5-star hotel now presents itself as modern and contemporary, and even more spacious and luxurious. Deep down, however, the Tuxerhof has remained the same: as cozy as ever.
As soon as you arrive, you can see how important this arrival is to the Tuxerhof family. The time-honored, dark hotel façade has given way to a bright and contemporary appearance. The inviting entrance area impresses with its fireplace lounge, bar and wine bar as places to meet and enjoy. Elegant wood and clear shapes characterize these open areas.
The 54 private rooms (18 - 77 m²) and two apartments are as cozy as ever, but a lot has been done here too with oak floors and an elegant Alpine look. The beautiful suites in particular offer plenty of space, and larger beds ensure a restful night's sleep.
The SUNSET RELAX POOL with cuddly nests and comfortable loungers on the spacious terrace overlooking the rooftops of the Tux Valley is outstanding. On the fourth floor is the HimmelREICH, a 300 m² retreat with a view of the mountains. The extensive water and sauna world with seven themed saunas, five relaxation areas and fantastic wellness treatments await you in the 2,200 m² ALPIN SPA.
In the restaurant and Stubn, the Kaiser breakfast will set you up for the day ahead. An extensive lunch buffet is available in the afternoon. In the evening, chef Maik and his team spoil hungry gourmets and individualists with exclusive culinary delights.
